Housing and Infrastructure

Permanent Party Homes Villages provide homeless veterans with beautiful SMART tiny homes placed on individual lots equipped with utilities and amenities such as private parking, and storage.

Our community center is designed with flexible facilities for dining, healthcare, counseling, education, and recreational activities.

Each village implements eco-friendly infrastructures including rainwater harvesting systems, solar panels, green roofs, and energy-efficient windows and insulation.

Agriculture and Livestock

Permanent Party Homes Villages has established farmland to grow crops and raise livestock for food production.

All farmlands also have sufficient acreage, livestock facilities, and greenhouses with aquaponics systems to maximize crop yield and minimize water usage.

By implementing sustainable, innovative farming solutions with HarvestBox Farms and offering vocational training programs for veterans interested in agriculture, our community benefits in providing fresh foods for better health and well-being.

Employment and Training

Employment opportunities within the village are vital to community and individual self-sufficiency through roles in construction, agriculture, property maintenance, and administration.

Our vocational training programs and job placement services help veterans gain skills and transition to sustainable employment.

Collaborating with local businesses and organizations also create additional job opportunities and support services for our community.

Local Community Market

Our local fresh foods market located at the entrance of the village sells merchandise and produce grown by the community.

We offer a variety of goods including fresh produce and meats, artisan crafts, and other value-added products.
